“How will iGA Malta Open Courses benefit my chances of getting a job in the industry?”
Having an iGA course certificate would give you a distinct advantage over someone with no industry background knowledge when going for a job interview. Our courses will provide you with enough knowledge so that you will feel at ease to be able to answer a multitude of questions on the topic in any situation. You are also showing a potential employer that you are taking initiative and an active interest in our own professional development.

 

“What is your connection to Pentasia? “
iGA Malta Limited is owned by Pentasia in the UK which is a renowned industry leader in providing recruitment consultancy and executive search. We currently share offices with Pentasia Malta however operate as a separate unit.

 

“Who are your ‘industry experts’?”
Our industry experts are all professionals with many years of experience working in their particular field. We take great pride in offering high-quality packages and hand select all tutors from within the industry. 

 

“What type of courses do you offer?”
iGA offers a range of courses on a monthly basis, subject to availability. The more common monthly courses are: Industry Introduction, Customer Service, Telemarketing, Poker, Sportsbook and Payment Solutions. On our Open Courses section you can find the current month schedule. All the courses are held at the five star hotel Le Meridien. Course material, refreshments and free parking is included in the fee.

 

“How long do courses last?”
Courses range from half-day or full-day duration depending on the topic. Some of the courses are more extensive and continue over several days.

 

“Do I get a certification?”
All course participants receive an iGA certificate as a proof of attendance. This certificate is not formally linked to any Maltese authority/body, hence a certification is not granted.

 

“How can I register and pay for a course?”
You register by sending us a mail or a phone call and we will reserve you a place on the course of your interest.

Payment for any course has to be completed prior to commencement of the course. You can send us a check by post to this mailing address:
